Well, this is it. I got good news and I got bad news. Which one do you want first? Ok, since I couldnt hear you I will go ahead with the good news first.
Ever since I have been here in Harrington, DE at Calvary, God has been moving. He has been in the initial friendships that I have built. He has been in the transitioning. He has allowed Sherry and I to really connect with the students, and He has rocked our world with how faithful He is. There is so much to be thankful for. In the past month we have seen at least 23 students make first time decisions for Christ. That jacks me up! I get sooooo pumped when people pass from eternal death to eternal life. That is good stuff!
So, you are probably thinking what is the bad news. Well the bad news is this, the enemy doesnt like it. I am not really worried because I was listening to David Crowder the other day and the song We Win! came on. It was as if God was saying, you may be in a battle but I have already won the war! Whooooooo! That got me even more jacked up. By the time I got to Sherry’s work to pick her up for lunch I was hoarse because I was screaming the lyrics of that songs and yelling my guts out at satan.
He cant stand to see people lost to his dominion. He is going to send trials, attacks, frustration, and anything else he can throw at us to make us stop. But my prayer is in the Name of Jesus that we would continue to go forward and never EVER look back because WE HAVE ALREADY WON!!!!!
Keep on keepin’ on!
